Libby McCullum, Esq. graduated from the University of Michigan with a BA in English and Political Science, earned her law degree from Vermont Law School and spent 18 years in private practice representing children as a Guardian ad Litem in both family law and child protective cases. She joined Maine CASA as the Program Manager in 2012. Libby oversees the Maine CASA Program, including supervising volunteer coordinators, recruiting. training and certifying new CASA volunteers as well as vetting complaints against CASA volunteers.
