Who are CASA Volunteers?

CASA volunteers are people like you. They are teachers, college students, business people, retirees, stay at home mothers and fathers. They are ordinary people doing extraordinary work. No special background is required. The Maine CASA program conducts screenings to find volunteers who care about children and are committed to helping. It is also important that CASA volunteers have good judgment, can remain objective, and are willing to work hard to advocate for their child.
