Tracy Jacques, Esq. joined Maine CASA as a Volunteer Coordinator in May of 2013. She graduated from the University of Maine at Orono earning a B.A. in Sociology and Psychology and has a law degree from the University of Maine School of Law. She currently serves as the Coordinator, Guardian ad Litem Services. She oversees the day-to-day operations of Maine CASA inlcuding recruiting, training and overseeing the volunteers and vetting complaints.

Darren Defoe, Esq. joined Maine CASA as a CASA Legal Services Advisor in June of 2015. After law school, Darren worked as a trial attorney in private practice where he represented parents and served as a guardian ad litem. More recently, Darren was the Chair of the Criminal Justice and Paralegal programs at Kaplan University. As a CASA Legal Services Advisor, Darren assists with recruiting, screening, training, and overseeing Maine CASA volunteers.

Hannah McMullen, Esq., joined Maine CASA as a CASA Legal Services Advisor in November of 2017. After law school, she was a Law Clerk with the Maine District Court in the Lewiston and Bangor regions. Following her clerkship, she worked in private practice focusing on family law, real estate and probate matters. As a CASA Legal Services Advisor, Hannah assists with the recruiting, training and overseeing of Maine CASA volunteers.

Jodi Kimball. In March of 2017, Jodi began working with Maine CASA as the Administrative/Data Assistant. Jodi brings much experience as she has worked in the Family Division since March of 2012.
